The Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross is a boldly-designed compact SUV model that offers efficient performance for drivers to utilize. Fresh off of a redesign, the new Eclipse Cross is available in four trim levels. A single powertrain is used to power the entire lineup of Eclipse Cross SUV models.
Engine Platform
The Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross is powered by a turbocharged 1.5-liter inline-four cylinder engine. The 1.5-liter engine produces 152 horsepower and 184 pound-feet of torque. A continuously variable automatic transmission smoothly transfers power to the drivetrain of the SUV. While front-wheel drive is standard for the Eclipse across lineup, all-wheel drive is available.
Fuel Economy
The 1.5-liter four-cylinder engine that powers the new Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross allows the model to travel up to 26 miles per gallon in the city and 29 miles per gallon on the highway. The new Eclipse Cross has a 27 mile per gallon combined fuel economy rating.
